How We Handle Your Content

Manual editing runs locally on your device. For AI editing workflows you initiate, uploaded source videos and selected derived assets may be processed by configured cloud providers to generate edit plans and media analysis.

Accounts & Authentication

Mellius AI supports authenticated accounts via Supabase.

Account identity metadata (for example email and profile image) is managed by Supabase and used to associate your projects and AI runs.

Project state remains optimized for local editing speed, while cloud project/media metadata is persisted to your account for cross-device access.

Analytics

We use Databuddy for basic, anonymized visitor counts. We do not track clicks, interactions, or how you use the editor.

No personal information is collected, no individual users are tracked, and no data that could identify you is stored.

Local Storage & Cookies

We use browser local storage and IndexedDB to:

• Save your projects locally on your device
• Remember your editor preferences and settings
• Store app state needed for the editor to work between sessions

All data stays on your device and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

Mellius AI integrates with these services:

• Vercel: For hosting and content delivery
• Databuddy: For anonymized analytics
